HMM GIMS v0.11.34.88 — Historical IBRA Retirement (staging)
SOURCE: User-provided GIMS_v87_FINANCE_RENDER_REPAIR_STAGING(1).zip.
TARGET: ONLY grant UUID d7f05d52-c8a9-4db9-99dd-c6bc0ec3cbb4.

INSTALL ORDER:
1. BACK UP Supabase database and v87 cPanel website files.
2. Run V88_INSTALL_SQL_FIRST.sql in Supabase SQL Editor. Migration is transactional and checks exact grant title, amount, 12 activity links, 2 posted expenses, and zero allocations/disbursements. Any mismatch aborts.
3. Run V88_VERIFY_READ_ONLY.sql (run each SELECT separately if Supabase shows only last result). Confirm figures.
4. Deploy v88 ZIP website files to staging, replacing the v87 files, not production first. Hard-refresh browser.
5. Test Dashboard, Grants, Allocations, Activities, Expenses, Finance, Reports, and DMM grant workflow with all roles before production release.

Changes:
- Archive flags on grants, activities, expenses; historical records preserved.
- Two finance views filter archived records; downstream channel/supporter views inherit grant filtering.
- Database triggers block normal mutations of archived grants and their linked operational records, while retaining existing RLS policies.
- Main operational screens query active records and filter related queues/allocations.
- Existing PR/PAR historical documents are NOT deleted or rewritten. Legacy standalone modules and custom queries may still expose historical data; audit them before declaring total UI retirement.
- Historical source ledger, IBRA activity links, posting audit, and evidence preserved.

Caution: This is a staging release, not live-tested against Supabase. Views may be subject to additional dependent objects/permissions. Stop on SQL error; do not deploy frontend without successful SQL migration. Do not delete the grant.
